What is Pals for
Paws, Inc.?
Pals for Paws, Inc., is a group of caring individuals working in our
community to help homeless animals. We are a non-profit organization
(501c3). At this time, Pals for Paws has three main goals which are:
- To establish a spay/neuter program
- To build a new facility to house unwanted animals until homes
can be found
- To educate the public about responsible pet care
What have we accomplished?
We have been posting animals in local businesses and we have a billboard
donated to us to encourage the community to adopt from the shelter.
What are we working on?
First and foremost, we must get our spay/neuter program and building
fund going. We are currently working on fundraising to help us
accomplish our goals. We are looking for volunteers to help with
fundraisers and to help with different events we have planned. We are
working on getting monetary donations from businesses and citizens.
We also are trying to establish a database of foster volunteers so we
may call on them if we need an animal housed while waiting for a home.
At this time, we are unable to take animals because we do not have
enough foster families available. If you would like to volunteer to
foster animals, please notify Pals for Paws to fill out an application.
